In the morning, early in the morning, the footpaths are little frequented. So you can enjoy the sea air and the calm. The temperatures are mild, it&#8217;s the perfect time.<br\/><br\/>In the early afternoon: <strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edenbretignolles.com\/en\/water-activities-near-the-campsite\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"190\">surfing<\/a><\/strong> lessons on the beach of the Dunes of Bretignolles sur Mer.  There is nothing like a good instructor to give the right basics without risk for you but also for the other users of the sea. You will be taught how to position yourself on your surfboard, how to stand up, how to paddle on the sand before getting into the water. It&#8217;s not always easy to find your balance, but after a few falls, it&#8217;s not so difficult. And what a feeling! You&#8217;ll love the speed on the water.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After your surfing lesson, take <strong>a dip<\/strong> in the campsite&#8217;s <strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edenbretignolles.com\/en\/the-indoor-pool\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"9792\">indoor<\/a> heated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edenbretignolles.com\/en\/the-indoor-pool\" data-type=\"{wpml_trans_unit_2_0_1_1_-1_1}\" data-id=\"{wpml_trans_unit_2_0_1_1_-1_2}\">pool<\/a><\/strong>. It will gently relax your muscles, which are a bit strained from your surfing lesson.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your day is coming to an end but it&#8217;s still early to go to bed. Take your bike and <strong>pedal on the cycle tracks<\/strong> that run along the wild coast of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edenbretignolles.com\/en\/the-beaches-of-bretignolles-sur-mer\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"188\">Bretignolles sur Mer<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Well, now, a well deserved sleep because another sportive day is waiting for you tomorrow: still by bike, go to discover <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edenbretignolles.com\/en\/saint-gilles-croix-de-vie\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"544\">Saint Gilles Croix de<\/a> Vie in the morning.
