The passage of the Gois is a submersible road and is therefore only passable at low tide. It is a unique place. The first crossing of the Gois took place in 1766 and it is, since 2017, classified as a national and heritage interest.<\/p>\n\n<p>Discover the <strong>Polder of Sebastopol<\/strong>, a nature reserve, where you will see an <strong>exceptional fauna and flora<\/strong>. Stop in the <strong>salt marshes<\/strong> to fill up on the good salt of Noirmoutier. Stroll through the <strong>Bois de la Chaise<\/strong> and admire the beautiful residences and villas of the 19th century.
