How do I make a reservation? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are several options available to you. You can either book directly on the online site or download and print the rental contract. After filling it out, you can send it to us by mail.In both cases, you will be asked for 30% of the amount of your rental as a deposit. The balance of your stay must be paid 14 days before the beginning of your stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are you Vacaf approved?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No, we are not approved by Vacaf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How is my mobile home set up?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each rental is fully equipped with dishes, microwave and\/or oven, comforters or blankets, pillows, television, garden furniture, sunbeds, covered terrace.On the other hand, the household linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, dishcloths…) and the cleaning products are not provided.Please note: a sheet rental service is available (18\u20ac per pair for the stay).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you accept dogs in the rentals? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, dogs are allowed at L’EDEN campsite (except for category I and II dogs). The fee for your pet is 4\u20ac per day. His vaccination booklet must be presented at your arrival and up to date. Your pet must be kept on a leash inside the campsite and must relieve itself outside the campsite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can family and\/or friends join me for a few days in the mobile home? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2 bedroom rentals can accommodate up to 4 people. The 3 bedroom rentals can accommodate up to 6 people. Therefore, if you are only 2 people in a 2-bedroom rental, you can accommodate up to 2 additional people at no extra charge. Only the tourist tax will be charged, i.e. 0,61\u20ac per day and per person (from 18 years old).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is it possible to install a tent next to the mobile home? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We only rent mobile homes. Indeed, we do not have a place for tents, caravans… Installing a tent next to a mobile home is not allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you rent baby kits?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, it is. The baby kit includes: a baby bed, a high chair and a bathtub. The fee is 7\u20ac per day. A changing mat is also available on request at the campsite reception.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you ask for a deposit upon arrival?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indeed, two deposits will be required upon arrival.A deposit of 250 \u20ac to guarantee the respect of the installations of your hiring and a deposit of 70 \u20ac to guarantee the cleanliness of your hiring at your departure.These two deposits will be returned to you within 10 days.Please note that deposits can be returned but deducted from the indemnities retained, based on supporting invoices, for any damage noted by the inventory of fixtures on departure. The withholding of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount of the deposit.If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee of at least 70\u20ac will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you accept vacation vouchers?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, of course. You can pay for part or all of your stay with vacation vouchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the arrival and departure times?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In July and August, arrivals are from 4pm on Saturday. Departures are on Saturday between 8 and 10 am.Outside the months of July and August, arrivals and departures are possible on any day. Don’t hesitate to call us to find out when you can take possession of your rental. Indeed, arrival and departure times can be more flexible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does the campsite have a washing machine? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, a washing machine is at your disposal in the sanitary block. At the reception, you will have the possibility to buy tokens. The token is 4,50 \u20ac. The token + the dose of detergent is 5,50 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you have Wifi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The wifi is available on the whole campsite and inside your mobile home. By connecting to the campground’s wifi network, you can select the package that suits you and proceed to payment with your credit card.It is also possible to buy your Wifi package at the reception desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When is the pool open and what are the opening hours?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The covered and heated swimming pool of the campsite is open from April to November every day from 10am to 7:30pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you propose animations? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Camping L’EDEN, peace and quiet are privileged.
