Additional services
- Animal : 4 € per day
- Tourist tax of 0.61 € per day and per person from 18 years old from 09/04/2022 to 06/11/2022
- Terms of payment : For reservations made more than 14 days before the beginning of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the amount of the rental + 26,00 € of file fees for stays > or equal to 7 days and 9,50 € for stays < to 7 days are required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid at the latest 14 days before the planned arrival date. For reservations made less than 14 days before the start date of the stay, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
- Deposit : 250 € for deterioration + 70 € for cleaning (checks returned within 10 days after inventory)
- Services: Cotton bed linen for large and/or small beds: 18 € per stay
- Baby kit (bed + high chair + bathtub) : 7 € per day
- Washing machine token : 4,50 € per day
- Token for washing machine + dose of detergent: 5,50 €.
- Cleaning package at the end of your stay : 70 €.
